MOT Testing

The MOT test checks that your vehicle meets road safety and environmental standards.

You must get an MOT for your vehicle by either:

  • the third anniversary of its registration
  • the anniversary of its last MOT, if it’s over 3 years old

The MOT tests some important items on your vehicle to check that they meet the legal standards. It isn’t the same as having your vehicle serviced, and it doesn’t check its general mechanical condition.

We are certified to carry out MOTs on Class 1, 2 and 4 vehicles.

Please click here to  view or download a guide we have prepared for our customers confirming exactly what will be tested.

The test does not cover the condition of the:

  • engine

  • clutch

  • gearbox

We will be delighted to discuss your serving requirements and MOT to be carried out at the same time, saving you time and money.
